About me and my therapy practice
Welcome!
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need a safe, confidential space to make sense of things. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or are simply ready to understand yourself better, I'm here to help.
My name is Grazyna (she/her), and I am an integrative counsellor offering a warm, empathic, and skilled partnership to support you on your journey.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a supportive space and a professional framework to help you explore your challenges, gain new perspectives, and make the changes you desire.
As an integrative therapist, I draw upon different therapeutic styles (including Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to tailor our sessions specifically to you and your needs. Together, we can work to:
• Understand the root of your difficulties.
• Develop new, healthier ways of thinking and behaving.
• Build your self-esteem and self-acceptance.
• Improve your relationships and set healthy boundaries.
• Find more enjoyment and appreciation in your daily life.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. Having experienced the transformative power of therapy myself, I have a profound appreciation for the courage it takes to begin and the incredible benefits that are possible with consistent engagement.

How We Can Work Together
I work with individual adults, both for ongoing therapy and for focused, single-session work.
• Ongoing Therapy: We can decide together on the number of sessions that feels right for you.
• OnePlus Therapy / Single-Session Therapy: This is a powerful, stand-alone 50-minute session designed to tackle a specific issue. Some preparation and follow up may be needed. It’s a great option if you need focused support, with the possibility of more sessions if needed.
• Face-2-face and online: I work with clients f2f on Mondays 3pm to 8.30 pm; otherwise, I work online. A combination of the two is possible.
