About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we can all find ourselves in a place which feels lost, stuck or intensely distressing. Maybe you're finding it hard to make a decision; old ways of coping no longer work; a close relationship is struggling. Perhaps you just don't know what's wrong, but you know something's got to change. You don't have to be alone with this. Alongside you, I bring my therapeutic presence, my experience and care to accompany you through this. I work in a person-centred way, drawing on creative methods to access your deeper knowing.
Practice description
I am a caring and experienced therapist, registered with the Íø±¬ÃÅ, offering a safe and supportive space to explore the challenges you may be facing. People often come to me for help with anxiety, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, or when they feel stuck and want to reconnect with a sense of meaning and self‑confidence.
My background includes an MSc in Person‑Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, a PGDip in Systemic Family Practice (AFT), specialist training with Cruse Bereavement, and ongoing professional development in couples counselling, mindfulness, and creative approaches to self‑awareness and healing.
My practice is grounded in Quaker and Person‑Centred values of compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s inner resources. I work alongside you to create a safe, accepting space where you can explore, grow, and find your own path to healing.
