About me and my therapy practice

How can I help you ?

Are you experiencing relationship challenges , intimate, familial or otherwise and want professional suport to explore what's really going on?

Is life going well at a professional level, but internally you are struggling but not really sure why ? Perhaps you feel ill- equipped emotionally and feel out of your depth with a current issue and feel a bit stuck.

Maybe difficulties from the past are resurfacing and affecting the here and now in a way you were not expecting.

Opening up to friends and family may not be an option for many reasons .

My professional training, my warmth, empathy, unconditional support and lived experiences give me the capacity to use my intuition and insight to support you safely and at your pace to help you with what is really going on.

I am always open to what you bring. The depth to which we go is your decision. I use a person-centred approach where I will guide you towards self-empowerment.

I am also trauma informed. I bring my knowledge of how unprocessed emotions can affect us and how old wounds can remain embodied.

Overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, shame or self-blame can also keep us from sharing. I will give you the patience and time you need as we try and make sense of what's happening whilst we work together.

I will give you a space to develop greater self -awareness so you can begin to understand what's going on for you. I will help you to 'better feel' .

Alongside my private work I work with adolescents and young people in youth counselling. I have also worked as a bereavement counsellor with a West London charity.

I acknowledge how our individual backgrounds and differences can impact each of us in very important and differing ways.

For your personal safety and protection, I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check.

As a member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ I adhere to the Íø±¬ÃÅ ethical guidelines.

Practice description

We can work in a time-limited way or on a more long term basis depending on your needs , schedule and time. Together we will discuss what the best and safest options will be to provide you with the right level of support.
