I have availability throughout the evenings in the week and daytimes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings.

I can work flexible with those on shift or irregular working hours.

About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, my name is Tola and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds to help support and promote their mental health and wellbeing.

I am experienced in working with adults, young people and children both within my role as a school counsellor and in my private practice.

I believe in the importance of prioritising and promoting self-care, relaxation and finding balance within our busy everyday lives.

Practice description

I offer online online sessions with availability for weekday evenings and some mornings. There is the possibility of face to face sessions in and around the Thurrock area, so do let me know if this is your preference.

I offer a free 20 minutes initial consultation which is an opportunity for us to meet online and for you to ask questions.

My fees are 拢50 for online sessions and 拢60 for in person sessions.

My first session

Part of our first session together will be an assessment but I will explain this in more details when we meet.
