About me and my therapy practice
Relationship Counselling
Relationship challenges can stem from many sources—differences in opinions, beliefs, values, or expectations. Over time, communication may break down, or you might feel you've grown apart. In some cases, issues like infidelity can leave you both feeling hurt, confused, and unsure how to move forward or even talk about it.
I work with all kinds of couples and relationship styles. I also offer support with a wide range of sexual concerns, including differences in libido, loss of attraction, exploring kink, navigating polyamory, and any other issues that may be part of your unique journey.
Every person and relationship is different, and it's natural for needs and expectations to evolve. Together, we can explore what you both need now and how to reconnect—or gain clarity—based on where you are today.
Talking about your relationship in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space can help you make sense of what's happening. Whether you're seeking ways to repair and strengthen your bond or trying to cope with a difficult reality, this process can guide you toward healing, understanding, and a path forward.
Practice description
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about how we’ll work together and begin to explore the challenges you're facing in your relationship. I understand that starting counselling can feel overwhelming, but my aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease. Our sessions are always held in confidence, with empathy and without judgment.
I will listen carefully and seek to understand your experiences from your perspective, allowing you to express your thoughts and emotions freely.
While my approach is holistic and tailored to your unique situation, it’s grounded in well-established, evidence-based methods and therapeutic models that have been thoroughly researched and shown to be effective.
