About me and my therapy practice

I’ve always been fascinated by people and the complexities of the human experience.

I support individuals navigating challenging events, relationship difficulties, low mood, burnout, anxiety and other life challenges. By creating an environment of curiosity, exploration, reflection, and growth, I aim to help them untangle the patterns that may be holding them back.

I am an integrative therapist, mainly drawing on attachment and psychodynamic approaches and EMDR. I am passionate about providing treatment approaches that integrate neuroscience and modern mental health techniques with traditional talk therapy to help heal at the root.

Grounded in understanding each person's unique experience and perspective, my style is collaborative and practical, with a gently challenging, honest approach.

If you are ready to explore and work towards meaningful, lasting change, let’s talk.

Practice description

I am a registered Íø±¬ÃÅ psychotherapist with specialist training in Attachment-Based Psychotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).

Before becoming a therapist, I had a long career in healthcare as a senior clinical nurse.

I work integratively in the therapeutic space, which means I draw on several psychological approaches to tailor the work to each client. Together, we can explore what is happening in your life, understand the roots of your challenges, and work towards meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I believe this approach helps clients develop insight and curiosity to better understand themselves and move towards a life with more positivity, purpose, and gratitude.

My first session

Potential clients are offered a free 20-minute online video or phone call to determine if we are a good fit.

Sessions continue for as long as you find them beneficial; short-term, long-term, and online sessions are available.

EMDR sessions are typically 90 minutes long and are therefore priced at £120.
