Life can bring moments of uncertainty, loss, and change and it’s completely natural to feel anxious or overwhelmed during these times. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, bereavement, life transitions, or other personal challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. As an integrative counsellor and registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, I am here to support clients through a wide range of issues.
Practice description
I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely, without fear of judgement. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. Through developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion, you can begin to manage anxiety more effectively, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your true self.
I have experience working with many types of change, including loss and bereavement. Whether you're navigating a major life event such as a career shift, relocation, or change in relationship status, or dealing with the aftermath of a significant loss, I provide a compassionate and understanding space for you to process your emotions during times of transition.
My first session
I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call, giving us an opportunity to connect and see if we're a good fit for working together. During this time, you can briefly share what has brought you to therapy and ask any questions you may have.
The first full session will be dedicated to exploring how we will work together, including getting to know you more and understanding your expectations for our sessions.
