About me and my therapy practice
Counselling, to me, is a unique journey into your inner world. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore unhelpful patterns and find your own path forward.
Whether you're dealing with emotional disturbance, current burdens, or recurring issues from your past, I'm here to listen and help you find your own way.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, grief, self-harm, anger, relationship difficulties, loss, and more. I support adults, as well as children and young people from age 11. I also have experience in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those with autism and ADHD.
In addition, I offer couples and relationship counselling, supporting romantic partners and family members—such as parent and child or siblings. Couples sessions typically begin with a joint meeting, followed by one individual session each, and then ongoing sessions together. I tailor my integrative approach to each relationship and may include reflective exercises between sessions.
Sessions are available both in person in Aylesbury and online.
Additionally I have extensive healthcare background: I am registered with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) and I adhere to their ethical code
I speak fluent English and Polish
Practice description
As an integrative therapist with a person-centred core, I deeply value the therapeutic relationship we will build. In our sessions, you are the heart and soul of our work together. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences will guide our journey.
I believe in an integrative and eclectic way of working. While person-centred values shape the foundation of our sessions, I may draw from approaches such as CBT, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis, depending on what feels right for you. I’m also a great believer in creative work, which can be especially helpful for exploring emotions that are hard to put into words.
I also offer relationship/couples counselling. Whether you're dealing with communication issues, sexual concerns, stress, parenting challenges, or the impact of affairs or betrayals, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space.

£75 per 50min for couples counselling
