About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor, passionate that everyone deserves the opportunity to have space and time for their own thoughts and feelings. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space where we can work together in a way that supports your needs.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including bereavement, depression, family and relationship breakdowns, anxiety, stress, trauma, loneliness, anger and self-esteem, working with people of different ages, neuro-diversities, cultures and backgrounds. A relationship built within therapy can allow us to explore our thoughts and feelings, paying attention to those that may feel conflicting or particularly difficult, supporting us to process, work through or accept what we’re feeling.
Practice description
I am practicing from a beautiful countryside practice in North Stoke. The rooms are confidential with parking and a small waiting area.
