About me and my therapy practice

I'm here to support you through challenges like anxiety, depression, bereavement, domestic abuse, relationship issues, or low self-esteem. Upon inquiry, a complimentary initial assessment ensures that therapy aligns with your needs.

During therapy sessions, dedicating undistracted time allows us to focus on your concerns in a confidential setting, whether online or via telephone, ensuring a safe environment for your introspection.

I provide emotional support and tailored interventions. This might involve goal-setting and addressing tough issues. My therapeutic approach varies based on individual needs, aiming for positive outcomes.

Adhering to Íø±¬ÃÅ ethical guidelines, I prioritize compassion, respect, and integrity throughout my practice. Your feedback matters, allowing you to shape the duration and focus of our therapy, with reviews at intervals to track progress.

Each session is 50 minutes long.

Practice description

Are you struggling with grief, loss, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, stress, or relationship issues? As a seasoned counselor with over a decade of experience, specializing in domestic abuse and supporting individuals in crisis, I offer a safe and confidential space to address these challenges. Life's difficulties, whether it's loss, financial concerns, or relationship strains, can bring anxiety and stress. Talking with a trained counselor can provide perspective and guidance toward a way forward. I'm here to assist you in rebuilding confidence and empowering you to move forward towards a brighter future.

My first session

Starting therapy, whether online, in-person, or over the phone, can feel intimidating. Our initial session will focus on getting acquainted, understanding what therapy entails, and maximizing the benefit of our sessions together. About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome — I'm Nadira (she/her), a qualified (MÍø±¬ÃÅ) person-centred experiential psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in London.

I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can feel truly heard and supported. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and inclusive — shaped by my belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, and being met just as you are.

I work with people navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, identity and relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a particular interest and experience in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, helping them to process the lasting emotional, psychological, and physical impacts that can follow long-term or repeated trauma.

I also work closely with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. I bring a deep understanding of different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world. My practice is affirming of all identities and aims to be accessible, flexible, and collaborative — we’ll find ways of working that truly work for you.

Alongside therapy, I offer clinical supervision for trainees and qualified practitioners. My supervision is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model and Integrative Developmental Framework (IDF), and focuses on reflection, relational depth, and professional growth. I aim to create a space where you can bring your full self — the challenges, the questions, and the celebrations.

Sessions are available online. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can explore what you’re looking for and see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

Feel free to get in touch — I’d love to hear from you.
