About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist, ​I treat every client as a unique individual and use a customized combination of therapeutic approaches to address their concerns.
I don't believe in labelling people based on their psychological health or in treating them with a static psychological model.

My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's journey.
After working as a psychotherapist for a long time and having treated severely traumatized patients, I have become a strong believer in the strength and resilience of human beings and their ability to evolve and grow from adversity.
Practice description
The word "trauma" is Greek for "wound" and psychological wounds require just as much attention, if not more, as physical injuries. Research proves that trauma has physical manifestations in our bodies such as aggravating existing medical conditions and creating muscle pains or digestive problems. My work is unique because it goes beyond traditional talk therapies to address the somatic (physical) manifestations of psychological trauma.
Almost all of my clients are traumatized to varying degrees which disconnects them from the "Self". Although they may be aware of their emotional state on a cognitive level, they struggle to feel their emotions, regulate their thoughts or notice the impact of their emotions on their body. My job is not to "fix" my clients but to help them see that they're either living in their painful past or with an anxiety related to the future. My work focuses on the mind and body simultaneously to create wholeness and healing, I help my clients find safety within themselves, resolve their past and find their path to peace.

My first session
The first session is about creating a sense of safety and connection — laying the foundation for a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I understand that taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting. Clients often arrive with uncertainty, anxiety, or vulnerability, unsure of what to expect or how much to share. That’s completely natural.
Rather than rushing into assessments or structured history-taking, I prioritise attunement — listening closely to where you are emotionally and physically. While some basic information may be gathered, I believe your story should unfold at your own pace, not through a checklist.
If you're comfortable, I may begin with a simple grounding practice to help you settle into the space and connect with your body. This is an invitation — not a requirement. Many people come into therapy disconnected from their bodily sensations due to stress or trauma. Gently reconnecting with those signals can support the healing process.
My goal in our first session is to offer a warm, non-judgmental environment that meets you where you are — emotionally, physically, and energetically. I’ll follow your lead and help you begin the journey in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
