Availability
Currently I have:
I offer in-person appointments with current availability on Saturdays. These sessions provide a calm, dedicated space to talk things through in person, away from the rush of the week. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, you're warmly welcome to join me in a setting that feels safe, supportive, and focused entirely on you.
Life can get busy, and sometimes making it to an in-person appointment just isn’t possible. That’s why I offer online sessions, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. Whether you're juggling work, family, or simply prefer the ease of connecting remotely, therapy can still be a gentle, grounding part of your week. I’m here to make things as flexible and accessible as they need to be, fitting around your life in a way that feels right for you.
On-line availability Tuesday & Wednesday evenings
About me and my therapy practice
I understand how difficult it is to seek help sometimes, not knowing who or where to turn. We can walk together on your journey to explore your struggles and find alternative ways of coping. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings, emotions and difficulties in a safe confidential environment.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding you. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and gently work toward the clarity and resilience you deserve.
Taking that first step is incredibly brave, and I want you to know that you're not alone.
Practice description
I work with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, and difficulties in relationships. Whatever you're facing, you're not alone and therapy can offer a space to begin making sense of it all.
Every session is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Whether you prefer the comfort of online sessions or the grounding presence of in-person therapy, I offer both options to make support as accessible and comfortable as possible.
As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), I follow high ethical standards and work with care, integrity, and respect. Your privacy and safety are central to everything we do together, and you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and your first session is a gentle introduction to the process. It’s a space for you to share what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and any worries or questions you might have. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we’ll take our time, and begin building a relationship based on trust, safety, and understanding.
