About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it isn’t always easy to keep up. My practice offers a calm, supportive space where you can pause, feel truly heard, and step away from daily pressures.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood. With compassion and curiosity, I’ll support you in exploring the challenges you’re facing, so you can gain deeper insight, make positive changes, and create a more fulfilling and connected life.
My path to becoming a therapist began after years in retail and brand management, where I experienced burnout and disconnection. Through therapy, I rediscovered what really mattered to me—an experience that inspired me to retrain as a counsellor.
Alongside my private practice, I run support groups for a domestic violence charity and work with people from all walks of life. I’m especially passionate about supporting those in recovery from addiction and advocating for men’s mental health.
I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and drawing from a range of therapeutic models.
My practice is based in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1—just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street.
If you’re curious about therapy or would like to see if we’re a good fit, please feel free to reach out. I’d be glad to answer your questions and explore how we might work together.
