About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MÍø±¬ÃÅ).
I hold a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and have solid experience working in clinical settings within NHS mental health services. I also have a background in arts and value creativity.
I approach counselling with a holistic mindset and believe an accepting connection between body and mind is essential for our wellbeing. I am an integrative practitioner which means I recognise that everybody has different therapeutic needs; this is why I actively listen to you and aim for us to co-create an approach that works for you and your goals.
This might mean resourcing your psycho-education better to understand your emotions and reactions to life events, using psychodynamic principles to investigate how past events affect your current relationships, or using CBT and DBT tools to stimulate change.
I grew up in a multicultural family setting and moved to London as an adult, I am drawn to exploring what makes up our personal and collective identities. In the context of generational family migrations, I am passionate about autonomy, resourcefulness and resilience.
Some of my areas of expertise are:
Sexuality
Gender Identity
Childhood trauma
Cultural Identity
Depression and Anxiety
Emotional dysregulation
Loss
Life transitions
Relationships and dating
Guilt and Shame
Coping with societal expectations
As a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to its Professional Conduct Procedures.
Practice description
Counselling or psychotherapy?
Both of these terms can be used interchangeably to describe the creative process of increasing self-awareness and stimulating change that we will undertake together.
WHAT IS THERAPY LIKE?
During the sessions, you can expect to explore both your current challenges and how past experiences impact your daily life; with the ultimate aim to strengthen your sense of self and build a life that nurtures your needs for enjoyment, achievement and connection. We will delve into your inner world collaboratively with empathic regard for your culture and beliefs.
You might feel nervous or vulnerable at the idea of sharing your personal experience with a new therapist; you might also worry about the stigma of accessing support. This is why we spend time building a warm therapeutic relationship that fosters safety and trust.
The information you share with me during the sessions is confidential unless you are a risk to yourself or someone else. In these cases, I would always endeavour to discuss the need to breach confidentiality with you before taking action.
My first session
The first session will be used as an assessment and a space to discuss further the modalities of our working agreement.
Sessions usually take place weekly and last 50 minutes. Depending on your needs and resources we can agree on a set number of sessions or work on an open-ended basis.
Types of therapy
Behavioural, Brief therapy, CBT, Emotionally focused therapy, Existential, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic, Solution focused brief therapy

I am available on Wednesday for online supervision sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer integrative, collaborative supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists seeking space to reflect, grow, and strengthen their clinical practice.
I’m currently completing a Íø±¬ÃÅ-recognised supervision training and offering supervision at a reduced rate for counsellors and psychotherapists who are newly qualified or in the early stages of their practice.
I work integratively, drawing on different approaches to support each supervisee’s individual way of working. I see supervision as a collaborative and reflective space where you can explore your clinical work openly, develop your confidence, and continue to grow as a practitioner. My intention is to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages honest reflection, curiosity, and professional development.
My experience in the mental health sector has shaped a practice grounded in the biopsychosocial model, recognising the connection between psychological, social, and biological experiences. I bring this perspective into supervision, encouraging an understanding of clients and of ourselves as practitioners within the wider systems we inhabit.
I’m committed to anti-oppressive and inclusive practice, holding awareness of how power, culture, and identity shape our work and relationships. I believe supervision is not only a space for clinical reflection, but also for nurturing resilience, authenticity, and ethical sensitivity in practice.
Supervision sessions are held online, with concessionary rates available until I complete my training.
