Availability

I am available for face-to-face or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. My working hours are flexible throughout the morning, afternoon and evening.

About me and my therapy practice

I'm a down-to earth integrative counsellor, offering a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore the layers of your emotional world. Rooted in both psychological insight and spiritual presence, my approach gently supports you in uncovering patterns, healing from past pain, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I am alongside you to witness, reflect and empower. As an integrative counsellor, I believe that early experiences and relationships shape how we relate to ourselves and others. This approach gently helps you uncover emotions, behaviours and patterns, bringing you greater awareness of your inner life. This type of therapy can be especially helpful for those seeking long-term change, and a more authentic way of being.

If you are feeling unsure, anxious, or simply curious about starting therapy, I offer a gentle, pressure-free 15-minute consultation call, where we can discuss what you would like to gain from a therapeutic journey. Don't hesitate to get in contact, I welcome you exactly as you are.

Practice description

After your free 15-minute consultation call, should you wish to book an assessment, we agree a date and time and whether this is in-person or online. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on what you wish to explore and achieve through the process. Each counselling session is a total of 50 minutes and ideally, counselling is accessed on a weekly basis, typically on the same day and time every week. However, subject to availability, I can be flexible with this.

My first session

For your first session, this will be an initial assessment. During your initial assessment, you have the option to extend the session to 1.5 hours for an additional £25. I believe this extended time allows us to get to know each other better and support a more informed decision about whether we're a good fit to work together. An assessment session is slightly different from a regular counselling session - it's a space for us to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss any relevant background, and consider what might be most helpful for you. Think of the assessment as a foundation-setting conversation - it helps me to understand your needs and expectations and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
