About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for looking at my profile, welcome! I believe every person is unique, there’s no one size fits all approach. I use a range of evidence-based methods and modalities, adapting our sessions to what you need. Whether that’s space to be heard, practical strategies, or exploring how your past shapes your present.

Wellbeing is about your whole self - mind, body, relationships, and meaning. I have a special interest in women’s health, with experience supporting women through hormonal changes, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, loss, chronic illness, body image, and the stress of balancing roles. If talking face-to-face feels too much at first, I often work online, making it easier to open up about intimate concerns.

If it feels right, we can also explore mindfulness, somatic movement, and breath work. In early 2026 I am looking forward to offering Swedish massage, reflexology, and specialised massage for menopause and pregnancy, giving you the option of holistic care to help ease tensions and support both mind and body during all of life's stages.

Feeling safe, respected, and understood is essential. I offer a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can feel at ease. My hope is that you leave our sessions with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and practical tools for life’s challenges.

If you have questions or want to talk before deciding, I offer an initial chat for free to see if we are the right fit.
