It can affect your sense of self, your emotional wellbeing, and your ability to feel safe and secure with others.

I work with women aged 18 and over across the UK who are facing a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief, and stress-related difficulties. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift.

In therapy, we will work with the underlying causes of these struggles in a safe, supportive space. Together, we will explore whatever is in your mind, at your own pace whether you鈥檙e looking to make small adjustments or work through deeper, more complex challenges. You don鈥檛 need to have everything figured out, we will work on strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and secure in both your relationships and your everyday life. There鈥檚 no rush or pressure to follow a set path, it鈥檚 all about your unique journey.

In our sessions, I use a blend of flexible approaches tailored to your individual needs. We can explore how past experiences may influence your present emotions, thoughts, and relationships, while also working on addressing what鈥檚 happening right now. My role is not to tell you what to do but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of the emotions and thoughts that may be holding you back, and empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
