I support women aged 18 and over across the UK who are struggling with relationship anxiety, relationship issues and other mental health difficulties including; anxiety, depression, stress and low self-esteem. These struggles can often lead to overthinking, emotional exhaustion and difficulty relaxing around others. Over time such patterns can affect how you connect with other people, how you perform at work and how you see yourself, leaving you feeling anxious, disconnected or stuck in cycles that are hard to break.
In our sessions, we will explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace, whether you are looking to make small adjustments or work through deeper, more complex challenges. You do not need to have everything figured out, and there is no rush or pressure to follow a set path; therapy is about your unique journey.
We can explore how past experiences may influence your present emotions, thoughts and relationships, while also working on what is happening right now. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of anything that may be holding you back and empowering you to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life. Outside the therapy room, there may be people offering their advice or opinions, but here with me, this is your space to sit with your emotions and determine what truly feels right for you.
