I offer in-person or online therapy. I practice in Ealing, a short walk from Ealing Broadway station. Sessions are 50-minutes and can be short-term or long-term. We can discuss in the initial session the duration and frequency of your sessions and come up with a plan.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor providing a safe confidential space where self-awareness and change can occur. I will listen carefully to you and seek to understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You can expect empathic understanding, an environment where you won’t be judged and honesty and authenticity from me. Together we can explore what’s happening for you now, what’s happened in the past, and bring fresh understanding to underlying feelings and patterns that may be causing distress.
I understand how daunting it can be asking for help and sometimes it’s not clear what needs to change in your life to help you feel better. In your own time, we can work together to better understand this. There is no right or wrong thing to to talk about in therapy.
My approach is underpinned by the belief that healing can occur within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, in which you can speak truthfully and without judgement, and with a greater awareness and acceptance of yourself, change can start to happen. I may at times focus on the relationship between us, to check that the space feels right for you, and to explore any relational patterns which may be playing out between us.
Practice description
I work with adults 18+ across a diversity of presenting issues, cultural backgrounds, and identities.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy and how we might work together.

My first session
In our first session we will explore what brings you to counselling, your hopes and expectations, a little about your background, and how we might work together.
