Practice description
I adopt an integrative approach which draws on many different theories to ensure your counselling and therapy is tailored to your needs. I aim to make you feel comfortable, at ease and supported throughout our sessions which will allow us to work together to find the most compassionate and effective ways for you to achieve your goals.

I offer both face to face and online sessions. The number of sessions will depend on your needs and goals.
My first session
To get started, please call me or drop me an email and we can arrange a 20 minute session by phone or Zoom. There is no charge for this, as it is for us to discuss your needs and to ensure that you are comfortable with working with me. Deciding to seek counselling is a huge step and it is important that you are feel safe and supported, heard and accepted by your therapist, with no judgement.
