About me and my therapy practice
If you’re a man who feels stuck — battling addiction, compulsive behaviours, or a constant sense of not being good enough — you’re not alone. I help men move beyond shame, self-criticism and destructive habits, so they can rebuild confidence, connection and purpose. I work with issues including alcohol and drug use, porn and sex compulsive behaviours or 'addiction', chemsex, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and loss of direction. My approach is warm, direct and grounded in real-life experience.
I bring more than 15 years experience helping men, and 27 years experience in recovery from alcohol addiction. I know that change is possible, no matter how stuck you feel. Together we’ll create space for honest reflection and practical change — helping you move forward in life.

• Understand the roots of addictive or compulsive behaviour
• Learn tools to manage anxiety, low mood and triggers
• Rebuild self-worth, confidence and motivation
•Strengthen relationships and emotional resilience
• Move from survival to a sense of purpose and freedom
I use an integrative approach, with a range of evidence-based counselling methods tailored to your needs. This includes talking therapies, active listening, reflective exercises like journaling, visualisation techniques, mindfulness and basic body/somatic methods.

My first session
Taking the first step can feel daunting — so I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to help you decide whether I’m the right counsellor for you. During that call, we’ll explore what brings you to counselling, what you’d like to achieve, and how I can best support you. If we decide to work together, our first session will focus on understanding your goals and what’s most important for you right now. From there, we’ll begin to build trust and shape a plan that feels right for you — at your pace, with safety at the forefront and without pressure or judgement.
You deserve support with someone that understands where you are — and helps you get where you want to be.
