About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling lost or overwhelmed by a major life change, like a divorce, a shift in your career, or emotional burnout? Do you find it hard to recognise yourself amid all the changes and challenges? You don’t have to carry these feelings alone—help is available, and it's okay to ask for it.
Hi, I’m Suzanne, a qualified Íø±¬ÃÅ integrative counsellor, and I specialise in supporting women through life transitions. If you’re navigating a difficult change or struggling to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to offer you a safe, understanding space where you can rebuild your confidence, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover who you really are.
Life’s big changes can leave us feeling uncertain, anxious, or stuck. Whether you’re facing the end of a relationship, relationship problems, a career crossroads, or the exhaustion that comes with burnout, I’m here to help you work through the emotional challenges that come with these transitions. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back and help you move forward with a sense of purpose and direction.
I specialise in supporting women through major life changes and helping them rediscover their self-worth. I believe that no matter what you're going through, you have the strength to heal and grow. Through our work together, we’ll focus on rebuilding your confidence, setting boundaries that honour your needs, and reconnecting with your true self.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centred. This means I’ll work with you at your pace, creating a safe space where you can open up without judgment. You’ll never be rushed; we’ll take the time you need to explore your emotions and find the best path forward.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take the first step toward rediscovering your confidence and reclaiming your life, I’m here to help.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and to see if we’re the right fit for working together.
