About me and my therapy practice
As a professional woman, you’re used to keeping things together. You’re the one others turn to, at work, at home, in your community. You lead, support, organise, and carry on but behind the professionalism, the calm exterior, and the packed schedule, you might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’ve somehow lost touch with yourself. You’ve built a life that looks successful on paper - so why does it feel so hard to be in it? Why do you feel so flat, so lost, so unlike yourself? If you’ve been quietly holding it all together and are ready for a space where you don’t have to be the strong one - you’re in the right place.
You might not be looking for quick fixes or surface-level strategies, you want to understand what’s really going on beneath the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the inner critic. Therapy with me isn’t about being given solutions, It’s a space to slow down, feel safe enough to be real, and begin exploring what’s underneath the pressure to keep performing. Together, we’ll gently untangle long-held patterns, make sense of why you feel the way you do, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been put to one side. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth - I don’t sit in silence, but I won’t talk at you either. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and just the right amount of challenge.
Many of my clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more like themselves, and more able to choose what truly supports them - not just everyone else. I work integratively, drawing on relational and trauma-informed approaches, always tailored to you.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own. If any of this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free, no-pressure conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit. Whether you’re feeling unsure, curious, or simply ready for something to shift - it’s okay to take the first step.
