About me and my therapy practice

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and frankly, with all of the different types out there, choosing the right modality of therapy for YOU can be more than a little confusing.

I offer Integrative therapy tailored to you and your unique circumstances. 

This enables you to design your own roadmap, its flexible and inclusive approach incorporates multiple evidence-based modalities bespoke to your needs, and is proven to be effective.

Practice description

As an Integrative psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I draw from evidence based modalities including; Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, Somatic Practice, IFS, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, so that we can tailor your therapy to you and your needs.

My ultimate goal is in supporting you to navigate life with confidence and make decisions that are in line with your values and goals.

My first session


The first therapy session is an opportunity to know more about you, your needs and goals. From there we develop a personalised roadmap that will help you overcome the challenges that brought you to therapy, and promote positive change.
