About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative Counsellor my flexible, empathetic and non-judgemental approach will help you explore the issues you bring, past and present and how they might be contributing to your negative self-beliefs, intrusive thoughts or relational issues.
You may be experiencing anxious thoughts, low self-esteem, stress and frustration or a feeling of being overwhelmed with so many things weighing you down and getting in the way.
Whatever the issue I will offer you the opportunity to talk in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. You can move at a pace you feel comfortable with so you have the time to explore what’s happening and why? Above all I will be your ally and walk alongside you as you talk through your challenges, begin to experience a stronger sense of self awareness and discover a better way forward that is right for you.
As a qualified Counsellor I take an Integrated approach, which means I draw on various theories and therapeutic models that will help you make sense of the issues you bring to our sessions, both past and present and how they might be connected.
I am also an EMCC Qualified Senior Coach Practitioner, so if and when it feels right you can also bridge the past and present with the future and with your increased self awareness begin to make positive changes in your life.
I have my own Private Practice in central Newbury where I work face to face with both adults and young people. I provide immediate short-term support or we can use longer-term work to explore complex issues in more depth so you can bring about lasting change. And I do not require a minimum of number of sessions, we can just take it one step at a time, whether that be weekly or bi-weekly.
So if you’re tired of putting on a brave face and feel ready to talk, then contact me for a free, no-obligation 30-minute chat to find out more about how I can support you.
