About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, confidential and judgment free space, where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. Counselling can be a very vulnerable process and one that takes time. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to help you gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of your distress and help find solutions so you can move forward in your life.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I also work closely with neurodivergent clients, understanding their unique view of the world and the importance of the individual needs is paramount and therefore thinking creatively to meet those needs is too.
I use an integrative and pluralistic approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with you as not one approach fits all . I am influenced by the environment and lean into our natural world to help guide the internal world. Working creatively to meet your needs, The session fits the person, not the other way around.
Using Trauma Informed, Solution focused, Family Systems, Embodied Therapy approach. I believe that these approaches consider the person from a holistic standpoint, learning to listen to what the body is communicating in order to unveil insights into personal growth and problem resolution for relationships, health, or work issues.
I offer therapy in natural spaces and online for adults, adolescents, and children. Working collaboratively and creatively to meet your individual needs. I embrace diversity, welcoming all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities, across gender, sexuality, and relationships. I offer short or long-term therapy for specific issues or deeper exploration.

About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor in training, my role is to support you in working towards best practice. I have many years experience as a counsellor, working with young people and adults alike. I have worked with a range of supervisees and can offer individual or group supervision. I am passionate about supervision as I value how reflection and new perspectives can enhance our work with clients, both for their and our benefit.
My aim is to co-create a space where we can both be open and honest and where you can bring whatever you need to explore in order to support your practice.
Practice description
I am an Integrative counsellor and as a supervisor, my approach is relational. I use the 7 eyed supervision model to inform my practice along with working creatively.
I am familiar with a range of theoretical models. I have previously supervised students and understand well the three or four-way contract trainees have to work within as well as the reports that need to be completed.
I offer discounted rates for trainees and qualified counsellors working for a third sector organisation.
We can agree together how often we meet, depending on your caseload and ethical guidelines.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and what I can offer. This usually takes about 20-30 minutes and is an opportunity for us both to ask any questions and negotiate how we might work together.
Please get in touch by email or text to arrange a convenient time to talk on the phone or meet online.
