About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed?
You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, untangle challenges, and find support. I work with adults and young people on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD/ADD), and identity or cultural concerns.
As a person-centred psychotherapist and humanistic counsellor, I bring empathy, openness, and authenticity to every session. I also use practical tools from CBT, grounding exercises, meditation, and breathwork—only when they feel right for you.
My goal is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and cultivate wellbeing. Together, we’ll create a supportive, trusting relationship that encourages positive change, healing, and personal growth.
Book a free 20-minute consultation to see if my approach feels right for you, and take the first step toward feeling better today.
Practice description
I am a person-centred counsellor, offering flexible, empathetic, and supportive therapy tailored to your needs. Sessions can take place over the telephone, online via Zoom or face-to-face at the Ascot Therapy Hub—please let me know which option works best for you.
I offer 50-minute sessions, either in-person or online, for a duration we agree on together. Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time.
I will let you know about any upcoming breaks or holidays at least two weeks in advance.
Your confidentiality is important. I provide a safe and private space during sessions and ask that you also ensure privacy when attending Zoom sessions.
Email contact between sessions is limited to practical matters, such as adjusting session times or locations.
Prior to our first session, a brief agreement outlining the terms of our work together will be sent to you for you to review and sign.
This approach is designed to create an ethical, supportive, respectful environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.
