About me and my therapy practice

As a queer, disabled and neurodivergent person I strive to offer an empathic, sincere and warm space for you to explore your emotions, find your voice and develop an understanding of what may be going on for you.

Having previously worked as a counsellor for Macmillan Cancer Support and NHS Staff Support; I have supported people through difficult times in their life. Whilst working within the charity sector, I have vast experience of supporting LGBTQ+ and HIV communities through counselling.

My first session

I offer a 20 minute initial chat on the phone or MS Teams, for free, so that you do not have to commit to anything straight away. We can go over what you are looking for from therapy; and it is also a chance for you to gauge whether you would feel comfortable working with me.
