About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients as well as those from kink or sex work communities, people living with chronic illness or disability, racialised backgrounds, and those navigating cultural differences. No matter who you are or what you are carrying, your whole self is welcome here.

Together, we will explore the deeper layers beneath your thoughts and feelings, how your relationships, identity, upbringing, and the world around you shape your experience. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We go at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.

I offer trauma-informed support, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which helps process distressing memories gently and safely. My approach is grounded and collaborative, centred on helping you make sense of patterns that may have once protected you but now feel limiting.

Whether you are working through trauma, shame, or simply seeking steadiness in life, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity.

I welcome individuals, couples and intimate partners, and chosen families.

Practice description

In our sessions, I aim to create something steady and real—where you feel met, not managed. You will not be expected to perform a version of yourself or explain things that should already be understood. I bring a clear, grounded approach to help us notice what is going on beneath the surface and make sense of patterns that may have once protected you but now feel limiting. My focus is on what feels useful and doable in your life, not just in theory. Whether we sit with something painful or look for small steps forward, the work is always shaped by your needs and what feels possible in the moment.

My first session

Our first session is simply a space to talk and get to know each other. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—we start with what feels most important to you. Whether you come in with something specific or just a sense that something needs to shift, we will begin by making room for your story, your pace, and your voice.

If you feel ready to take that first step, you can reach me at Beyondlabelstherapy.com or by email at info@beyondlabelstherapy.com. I would be glad to hear from you and walk alongside you in this next part of your journey.

My first session

The first session is a gentle starting point. We will talk about what brings you here, what you are hoping for, and any worries or questions you may have. There is no need to tell your whole story all at once — we will take time, and you set the pace.

You can also use this space to get a feel for how I work and whether we click — finding the right therapist matters. If it feels like a good fit, we will arrange regular weekly sessions going forward.

Sessions last 50 minutes, held in person (London Bridge), online, or as a hybrid.

Access needs? Particular concerns? You are warmly encouraged to let me know — this is your space, and you are welcome as you are.
