About me and my therapy practice
Online & Phone Counselling – Professional, compassionate support wherever you are. If you’re wondering whether counselling is right for you, I’m here to help.
I offer a free 30-minute initial session to explain my approach, learn about you, and answer any questions you may have. This helps us see if we’re a good fit to work together.
Sessions are online via Zoom or by phone. Being in your own space, without travel, can help sessions feel more manageable, relaxed and accessible.
You might prefer online or phone counselling if you have:
· Mobility challenges,
· Chronic conditions like fibromyalgia or ME,
· Anxiety or sensitivity in certain environments,
· Specific needs around neurodiversity,
· Time constraints that make flexible, remote support necessary.
My Approach
I believe talking through our experiences deepens understanding of ourselves and our relationships. I offer a supportive space to explore your inner world together.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and coaching techniques to offer flexible support that aims to meet your current needs.
I’ve supported people through a range of challenges, including grief and loss, anxiety, low mood, chronic pain and fatigue, and a lack of meaning. I also work with difficulties around boundaries, struggles connecting with needs and self-expression, as well as experiences of stress, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions.
Qualifications:
Foundation Degree in Therapeutic Counselling
Certificate in Online and Phone Counselling
Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Coaching
Practice description
Sessions
There are many reasons to start counselling. You might find it difficult to understand what’s happened in your life or be affected by something at the moment.
We’ll first explore what you need and your preferred way of working. This could be more goal focused sessions or a more open space to be yourself and bring what feels important.
Sessions last 50 minutes, usually held weekly at a regular time, and can be short or long-term. Regular check-ins ensure the sessions continue to meet your needs.
