Availability

I currently have limited availability and offer sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings between 5pm and 8pm, as well as Tuesday mornings from 8:30am to 11am. I also have some weekend availability.

All sessions are held remotely via telephone or secure video call, offering flexibility and the convenience of accessing therapy from your own space.

I am currently accepting new clients and welcome enquiries for my waitlist or to be contacted in the event of cancellations. Please feel free to get in touch to explore what might work best for you.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a person-centred therapist who offers a warm, empathetic, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is flexible and responsive to your needs, while I ground my work in person-centred values, I also integrate other therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that feels most helpful.

Depending on what you’re bringing to therapy, I may draw on Counselling for Depression (CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Integrative Therapy. Where appropriate, I can take a more directive stance while always remaining supportive and respectful of your autonomy.

I work with a wide range of concerns, with particular experience in supporting people navigating depression, low mood, and relational issues. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a space to reflect and make sense of things, I offer a non-judgemental and trusting environment where you can begin to move forward.

Practice description

My practice offers a confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgment. I work remotely, offering therapy sessions via secure video call or telephone, making therapy more accessible and flexible to fit around your life.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, drawing on a person-centred foundation while integrating approaches such as Counselling for Depression (CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Integrative Therapy. This allows us to work in a way that feels most meaningful and effective for you.

Whether you’re seeking support for depression, low mood, relationship difficulties, or are feeling stuck or disconnected, my aim is to help you explore what’s going on in a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment. I’ll work alongside you to help make sense of your experiences and support you in moving towards greater clarity, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically take place weekly. I welcome both short-term and longer-term work, depending on your needs and goals.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute phone call before starting therapy, to give you the opportunity to ask any questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit to work together.

If you decide to proceed, our first full session will last 50 minutes and will focus on understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like the right space for you.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, there’s no pressure. We’ll work at your pace. If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular day and time for ongoing sessions.
