Welcome, I am glad you are here

Practice description

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to support your unique journey, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and transactional analysis and neuropsychology.

I am trauma-informed and experienced in working with trauma and PTSD. I am neurodiversity-aware, with extensive experience supporting clients with Autism, ADHD and AuDHD. I aim to help you make sense of your experiences and rediscover your own unique value and inner wisdom.

I welcome all aspects of your experience, including the spiritual, and believe that you are the person who best understands your own needs. Sometimes, life’s challenges can cloud our inner knowing, counselling offers a safe and compassionate space to reconnect with it.

I deeply value the individuality of each client. Whether you are seeking support for emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships, or spiritual concerns, I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can be heard and understood.

It’s natural to feel nervous at the start, especially if counselling is new to you. I will work at your pace, safely supporting you as you begin to open up.

My approach focuses on helping you build confidence in your own voice and choices. While I draw on insights, my role is not to be the expert, but a companion walking alongside you as you explore.

To ensure clarity and consistency, here are the standard operating procedures I follow in my counselling and supervision practice:

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential and adhere to Íø±¬ÃÅ guidelines.

Inclusivity

My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and welcoming to clients from all backgrounds.

Boundaries & Ethical Practice

I maintain clear professional boundaries, this includes respect for autonomy, and non-exploitation. I engage in regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) to uphold the quality of my work.
