For years, I faced the same pressures and expectations that can lead to stress, burnout, or unhealthy ways of coping. I know how self-doubt, overthinking, and the constant pressure to perform can take a toll on your wellbeing and relationships. My own life experience has taught me the importance of self-awareness, empathy, and compassionate support — and that lasting change begins when we start to truly understand ourselves.
Practice description
I’m a qualified, person-centred counsellor offering a calm, confidential space (either online or face to face) where you can talk openly, feel heard, and make sense of what’s happening for you.
Whether you’re feeling isolated from working alone, spending long hours outdoors, or struggling with anxiety, stress, or confidence, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build clarity, and help you reconnect with your strengths so you can make choices that feel balanced and authentic.
