About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Orla.
If you’re considering counselling, it’s likely that you’re hoping for change — whether that’s within yourself, your relationships, or the way you experience life.
You might be struggling with difficult thoughts or feelings, or finding yourself caught in patterns of behaviour that you’d like to understand or shift. Perhaps you want to feel more connected to others, or more at ease with yourself.
I offer counselling as a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you.
Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-awareness and self-compassion, helping you uncover new perspectives and ways to move forward — at your own pace and in your own way.
