About me and my therapy practice
I offer support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Everyone’s journey is unique. Whether you're going through a major life change, living with the impact of past trauma, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a powerful space for reflection, healing, and growth. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported.
I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered counsellor with a degree in Psychology and over seven years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse through my role at Victim Support. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever challenges you're facing.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I work at your pace, helping you build resilience and develop tools to support your emotional wellbeing. Our work together will be tailored to your individual needs and shaped by your goals.
Alongside my private practice, I also work as a therapist for a women’s rights charity, Barnardo’s, and as a staff counsellor at a counselling centre in North London. These roles have further deepened my understanding of the complex emotional needs people bring to therapy.

Short-term (6–12 weeks) and open-ended therapy
Face-to-face and online sessions
A confidential, safe, and inclusive space tailored to your needs
Areas I Work With:
Anxiety
Depression
Loneliness
