About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ). This means I am committed to working in accordance with their ethical framework, ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional therapeutic environment.
Practice description
As an Integrative practitioner, I draw from a range of therapeutic models to tailor each session to your individual needs. Whether your concerns feel large or small, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe and supported.
By working relationally, we can build a foundation of trust that allows for open exploration of your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can reflect on your past experiences and how they may be influencing your current relationships and sense of self. Understanding these patterns can empower you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My first session
Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone or online to help you decide if we are the right fit. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss what you’re looking for in therapy.
If we decide to work together, I offer 50-minute sessions either in person or online via Zoom. I am based in Cobham.
What I can help with
Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Health related issues, Loss, Relationships, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues
