About me and my therapy practice
I offer talking therapy to help people navigate challenges that may be affecting their relationships, sense of self-worth, or overall well-being. Everyone’s struggles are unique, and my role is to work with you to understand what’s making things difficult and how we can move forward.
My approach is grounded in building an authentic, supportive relationship where you feel secure enough to explore difficult aspects of your life. Therapy with me involves reflecting on past experiences while also addressing present concerns about meaning, purpose, and identity.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, tailoring the work to suit your specific needs—because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.
If any of this resonates with you, feel free to get in touch to arrange a session.
Practice description
Sessions: 50 minutes weekly, with no fixed end date—progress is reviewed regularly.
Flexibility: You can end therapy at any time, though a planned final session is recommended.
Experience: I’ve worked in private practice, NHS mental health settings, and charities, supporting people with stress, anxiety, depression, and more complex conditions such as psychosis and schizophrenia.

My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and how you hope to be helped. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, any thoughts you have on why, and begin clarifying some goals to guide the process. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you may have.
