About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced Humanistic therapist in private practice in West London.
I offer a warm, friendly, non-judgemental approach where you can truly be yourself. Humanistic therapy believes that we all have within us the capacity to achieve our full potential. I feel that we all need someone in our corner who understands us, who see's that potential. Someone we can trust. Building that trust is a priority for me as I understand how much courage is needed to take the first steps into therapy.
Perhaps you already have a good understanding of what troubles you. You might be feeling anxious, depressed or that you're not coping. You might have relationship issues or feel stuck. Maybe the reason is just out of reach.
Whatever it is you bring to therapy, we will explore it together to help you gain clarity and perspective.
My background is in the creative arts industry. I have much experience working with dancers, singers, choreographers and artists.
I use a holistic approach to my work to enhance wellbeing and self awareness. My particular interest is in the mind-body connection, nervous system health and the restorative nature of mindfulness practices and breathwork if that is relevant for you.
The relationship between myself and my clients is based on trust , authenticity and respect. This is at the heart of my practice.
Qualifications:
I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Humanistic Counselling. (Middlesex university)
A Diploma from Metanoia Institute.
I continue my professional development regularly with courses on issues such as anxiety, trauma, nervous system health, depression, imposter syndrome and procrastination.
Practice description
I offer in person therapy in Fulham, online and by the phone. I can work on a short or long term basis.
