Availability
I currently offer online therapy sessions via Zoom — a secure, convenient, and confidential way to receive support from the comfort of your home.
My availability is fairly flexible. Most sessions are held on weekdays late afternoons, evenings, and Sundays.
To support consistent progress, I recommend scheduling sessions at a regular weekly time. We can discuss what works best for you during the free initial consultation.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Marcelle Little — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #129593) in California and a Registered Psychological Therapist with the Íø±¬ÃÅ. I specialise in supporting American expats living in Europe (including the UK and select EU countries) who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional complexities of living abroad.
With a holistic, trauma-informed, and body-oriented approach, I work with adults experiencing people-pleasing and codependency patterns, life transitions, relational trauma, and somatic concerns.
You may feel like you’re carrying too much yet hesitant to share it with those around you. Therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space to slow down, express yourself honestly, and begin a new chapter of healing and self-trust.
I tailor each session to your unique experience, helping you reconnect with calm, compassion, and confidence—where healing begins with permission to receive care.
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I also offer Mother–Daughter Coaching, supporting women to heal and strengthen their relationships with their mothers and/or daughters.
Practice description
Are you stuck in people-pleasing patterns? Feeling overwhelmed by life transitions or relationship struggles? You're not alone.
Codependency, trauma, and emotional overwhelm can leave you feeling depleted, uncertain, and disconnected. You may find yourself questioning your needs, your role in relationships, or struggling to maintain healthy boundaries.
I help adults find balance and create meaningful change through therapy that focuses on embodiment, boundaries, and compassionate self-exploration.
We’ll explore your relational dynamics, family history, and emotional triggers, while developing personalized tools — from grounding practices to nervous system regulation — to help you reconnect with your core self.
We’ll work toward deep, sustainable change rooted in authenticity and self-trust.
