About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right therapist can feel like a demanding process. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most significant factors in meaningful change, so it’s important to find someone you can truly connect with.
Beginning therapy can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. It offers a dedicated space to explore your inner world without judgement. I provide a reflective, confidential environment where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
My approach is rooted in the belief that our past experiences shape our present. This perspective isn’t about resignation or limitation, but about understanding the patterns that influence how we live, love, and relate. Together, we’ll explore which of these patterns support you and which may be holding you back. The process of self-exploration allows us to expand and rediscover our potential.
Therapy is rarely linear; it often unfolds like a spiral—returning to familiar places with new awareness and insight. Over time, many clients find a stronger sense of self-trust, emotional steadiness, and freedom in how they live.
I offer online sessions for clients seeking flexibility and privacy across the UK and internationally.
Areas of Focus
While I work with a broad range of concerns, my current areas of focus include identity, life transitions, and emotional well-being.
My training in both Canada and the UK informs a globally attuned, depth-oriented practice. I have a particular understanding of the challenges expats face when adapting to new environments, and I work closely with women who have been late diagnosed with Autism or ADHD and are navigating the unfolding of this new self-awareness.
Practice description
Embracing Intersectionality
Our identities are shaped by many intersecting factors—such as culture, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, class, and lived experience. Whatever your background or life story, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome and can be explored with curiosity and respect.
How I Work
I support people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, identity questions, and the challenges of being neurodivergent in a world that may not always understand. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about who you are beneath the layers.
Therapy with me is about thoughtfully exploring those parts of yourself, understanding where your pain comes from, and creating room for what needs to be seen and accepted.
My approach is warm, grounded, and inclusive. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation that’s both steadying and freeing—a place where you don’t have to hide.
My Commitment to You
As a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, I work to high ethical standards, regularly reflecting on my practice through supervision and ongoing professional development. What matters most is that you feel safe, respected, and genuinely met in the work we do together.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.
