About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with life at the moment? Are you feeling anxious, stressed or angry?
If you reach out to me I can offer you a non-judgemental approach and specialise in anxiety, stress, depression, anger, trauma, abuse, relationships, life stage challenges and bereavement. I work with adults and young people aged 11+.
I am a qualified counsellor and as well as my own private clients I work for a large community counselling service with adults and with young people in a number of local secondary school settings.
My goal is to provide a supportive and safe space for individuals who are looking for mental health support to be able to overcome challenges.
Practice description
Please feel free to make contact with me, we can have a brief telephone call where you can give me a topline overview of what you want to bring to counselling and you can get a sense of who I am and how I work.
As the sessions begin, we can start by understanding together what has brought you to counselling and what challenges you are trying to navigate your way through. I can then support you to learn more about yourself and how you might be able to build a more fulfilled life moving forward.
