About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I’m a warm, caring, and compassionate counsellor who believes everyone deserves to feel truly heard and understood. If you’ve been carrying heavy worries, feeling alone in your struggles, or unsure where to turn, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can share what’s on your mind at your own pace.
You might be navigating bereavement or loss, standing at a crossroads in life, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, guilt, or shame. Perhaps you’re struggling with relationship challenges, work stress, or changes that have left you feeling isolated, angry, or confused. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Talking to someone who isn’t emotionally involved can help you make sense of what’s happening, explore your feelings, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Practice description
I believe therapy should be shaped around your unique experiences and needs. My approach blends psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapies to support your personal growth and help you discover your own solutions. Our sessions are a space for you to reflect, process, and build the confidence and clarity you need to move towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, both in the UK and internationally, supporting clients through grief, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, stress, anger, and relationship difficulties. Above all, my priority is creating a trusting environment where you feel safe, respected, and empowered in your journey.
We will tailor sessions around you being comfortable, whether that is online or telephone.
My first session
I would like to offer you a free 20-minute consultation, where you will be giving the space and option to explore if counselling and my therapeutic approach will be tailored to you at this time. If you decide you would like to continue then our first session will consist of:-
Contracting, Wellbeing Assessment, Your expectations of myself and therapeutic journey and space to explore feelings.
