About me and my therapy practice
I am a friendly fully qualified counsellor, offering face to face, online, telephone or walk and talk sessions. I can provide the support for you to change your life for the better and to move forward.
I created Avon Counselling to provide therapeutic support to anyone needing professional assistance and guidance with resolving personal problems. I am committed to helping people to talk about their issues, think about their choices and behaviour, and make positive changes. My approach to therapy is innovative and unique, and certainly not 'textbook' counselling.
My aim is to fully engage with my clients and provide the necessary level of service to bring about a successful outcome for them. I pride myself on offering a friendly but high standard of personal service which is tailor-made to the individual. I am a fully qualified counsellor who is dedicated in providing a safe space in which you can explore your feelings, in confidence and without any judgement.
I am also an Alcohol Coach - Therapist with a wealth of knowledge in alcohol support services and I am passionate about helping people to break free from the confines of alcohol dependency.
I am currently championing a Walk and Talk service, that provides a little gentle exercise and re-connection with nature, whilst providing a friendly, non-judgemental and confidential counselling service.
