I offer a flexible, personalised approach to therapy. Sessions are available face-to-face, by video or phone, as home visits, group sessions, or walk-and-talk outdoors, depending on your needs and comfort.
My integrative style means I tailor each session to what you鈥檙e facing, whether it鈥檚 anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or identity exploration. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and work toward meaningful change.

Practice description
I offer a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic models such as CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic methods to tailor each session to your individual needs and goals.
I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, identity questions, and relationship issues. I also specialise in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversities (GSRD), providing informed, affirming support to LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in diverse relationship structures.
Sessions are available in various formats to suit your preferences: face-to-face, video, phone, home visits, group work, and walk-and-talk sessions outdoors. This flexibility helps you access therapy in a way that feels most comfortable and supportive.
Alongside therapeutic work, I offer civil and commercial mediation services, helping individuals and organisations resolve conflict through structured, empathetic dialogue.
I aim to support you in building self-awareness, resilience, and clarity, so you can make choices aligned with your values and move forward with greater confidence and fulfilment.
My first session
I offer a 50-minute initial consultation charged at 拢70.00, which is similar in length to a full session but focused on understanding your needs and exploring whether we鈥檙e a good fit to work together.
This session is available only via secure video or phone call for your convenience and comfort. It鈥檚 a chance to talk through what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see how I work. There鈥檚 no pressure, just a supportive and open conversation.
Before we meet, I may ask you to complete a short intake form to help guide our time together.

About me and my therapy practice
My supervision practice offers a supportive, reflective space for counsellors and therapists to grow in confidence, competence, and ethical awareness. I work from a relational, integrative perspective, primarily using the Cyclical Model of Supervision to ensure each session is focused, structured, and responsive to your needs.
We establish clear goals and boundaries, then explore the issues most relevant to your practice. I encourage open, honest reflection and use active listening, feedback, and collaborative inquiry to help you deepen your insight and apply theory to practice effectively.
Sessions are tailored to your experience level, whether you鈥檙e a trainee seeking guidance or an experienced practitioner wanting space to process complex work. I have particular experience supporting those working with clients from LGBTQIA+, GSRD, and multicultural backgrounds.
Each session ends with a brief review and planning for further growth. I aim to foster a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to reflect, grow, and sustain ethical and meaningful work with your clients.
Practice description
I offer clinical supervision to counsellors and therapists in a reflective, focused, and affirming space. My approach is grounded in the Cyclical Model, providing structure while allowing space for what matters most in the moment.
Each session begins with a clear focus and ends with a practical review. In between, we explore your client work, challenges, and development with curiosity and care. I encourage honest reflection and link insights directly to your practice, supporting ethical, confident decision-making.
Supervision is available for trainees, newly qualified, and experienced practitioners. I am intensely interested in supporting those working with LGBTQIA+, GSRD, and culturally diverse clients.
Sessions are offered face-to-face, online, by phone, or through home visits when appropriate. I aim to support your growth while helping you stay grounded, resilient, and connected in your work.

My first session
Our first supervision session is an opportunity to get to know each other, explore your needs, and agree on how we will work together. This session is 50 minutes and is charged at the standard supervision rate.
We鈥檒l discuss your current practice, any placement or organisational requirements, and what you hope to gain from supervision. We鈥檒l also look at practicalities such as frequency, format, and preferred focus areas. You鈥檙e welcome to bring current client work, ethical concerns, or questions as part of this initial conversation.
Before our first session, I may ask you to complete a brief form to help shape our discussion and make the most of our time.
Where appropriate, supervision is available face-to-face, via secure video, phone, or home visit. I aim to create a supportive and reflective space that helps you feel confident, safe, and resourced in your work.
