I currently have availability for in-person sessions in Gloucester Road, South Kensington on Mondays.
I have availability for online sessions - on Zoom - on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from midday until 5pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified, Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered therapist who works with adults (18+) in West London or online.
Often, they’re dealing with anxiety, depression or problematic relationships. In many cases, they’re trying to manage feelings that may be hard to describe, but which are keeping them from being able to move forward in life or be as productive and joyful as they’d like.
Sometimes, it’s as simple as realising that something just doesn’t feel quite right.
Or a sense that their emotions, behaviours and mindset are not serving them as best they could.
My goal is to provide a warm, empathic, confidential and supportive space where we can explore whatever challenges you might be facing, at a pace that feels right for you, and where you can consider and start to implement any changes you’d like to make to your life.
Practice description
I’m trained across a broad range of therapeutic disciplines, so whatever you bring to our sessions, I’m able to draw on a collection of skills and techniques – including EMDR - to help you find a path through and out of it.
I also have specialised experience of working with people with addiction issues, as well as extensive experience of working with those in creative disciplines or on the creative side of business who may find themselves struggling or stuck.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from multiple diverse background and approach all difference with respect and sensitivity.
For me, what’s key in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship you and I are able to develop.

My first session
Therapy works best when the relationship between therapist and client feels right and when clients feel safe, heard and understood, and when the therapy space - in person or online - feels welcoming, warm, open and mutually respectful.
Before choosing to commit to working with me, I suggest we have either an online or in-person introductory session for which I will charge half my usual fee.
If you choose to continue, we will always review where you are in the process and where you would like to go.
