About me and my therapy practice

I'm a warm, creative, empathic psychotherapeutic counsellor specialised in adults experiencing anxiety, depression and stress. Life can sometimes feel truly overwhelming and exhausting. I provide you with a space for reflection and self-healing where you can be truly heard. I offer face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions in English and Spanish.

Practice description

My approach is tailored to your needs. We can work long term or short term. We can explore whatever troubles you at that moment or work on a specific issue that's been bugging you. I believe in therapy as a process (not a linear journey) with ups and downs like life itself. As a Humanistic therapist, my role is not to analyse you, diagnose you or give you advice. But to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can be truly heard - because your story matters. I will hold hope that together we can find a way through, helping you find ways to self-heal and feel better.

My first session

Before our first session, you will be sent a self-assessment form so you can tell me more about you and what brings you to therapy. This gives me an idea of what's troubling you and whether I feel I can be of help.
