About me and my therapy practice
I work in a person-centred way, offering a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My role is not to give advice, but to listen with empathy, without judgment, and to help you find your own way forward. I believe that by feeling truly heard and understood, you can develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to make positive changes in your life.Practice description
In my practice, I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. I work in a person-centred way, which means I listen with empathy and respect, supporting you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is collaborative — I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, strengthen your sense of self, and find your own way forward.
I have a particular focus on supporting individuals who may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, or challenges in balancing life and personal wellbeing. Together, we can work towards building resilience, understanding yourself more deeply, and creating positive changes.
My first session
In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to counselling. This is an opportunity for you to share what you’d like support with, ask any questions about how I work, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward together. I do not carry out formal assessments — instead, I offer a gentle, person-centred approach where we focus on what feels most important to you. What I can help with
