Availability
I offer therapy sessions online only, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your own space 鈥 no travel, no parking stress, and more flexibility to fit around your life. I work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:00am and 4:00pm, with some evening appointments available too.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place via secure video, giving you the same level of care and connection you鈥檇 get in person, while also allowing for more comfort and convenience.
I currently have limited spaces, but I do keep a waiting list and will always do my best to find a time that works for you. If you鈥檙e unsure whether online therapy is right for you, I鈥檓 happy to have a quick chat so you can get a feel for how it works.

About me and my therapy practice
You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don鈥檛 make sense 鈥 maybe you鈥檝e been carrying things alone for a long time. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space online where you can feel safe to explore what鈥檚 really going on for you, without pressure or judgment.
I work with people who鈥檝e experienced trauma, difficult relationships, or emotional neglect 鈥 especially where there are feelings of guilt, shame, or confusion about identity. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or have grown up in enmeshed or chaotic family systems and want to understand how those early experiences still affect them now.
I use a mix of approaches depending on what you need 鈥 including talking therapy, creative exercises, and psychoeducation, which just means helping you understand things like why your nervous system reacts a certain way, or how boundaries and self-worth develop. Understanding why you feel the way you do is often the first step in beginning to heal.

Practice description
My practice 鈥 Room 4 Therapy 鈥 is a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as you are, without needing to explain everything perfectly. Although I work exclusively online, my focus is on creating a consistent, supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
I specialise in working with trauma, emotional regulation, dissociation, and self-identity 鈥 especially with clients who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or who grew up feeling like they had to be 鈥渢he strong one,鈥 鈥渢he fixer,鈥 or 鈥渢he peacekeeper.鈥 If that sounds familiar, you鈥檙e not alone.
Therapy with me might include talking things through, working with different 鈥榩arts鈥 of yourself, or using simple body-based or visual tools to help you feel more grounded. I also use psychoeducation to help things make more sense 鈥 like understanding how trauma can show up in the body, or why relationships can trigger old emotional wounds.
You don鈥檛 need to have it all figured out. We start wherever you are.

My first session
That first session can feel like a leap 鈥 especially if you鈥檙e not used to talking about yourself or if you鈥檝e been let down before. I get it. In our first online session, we鈥檒l simply start by getting to know each other. There鈥檚 no pressure to share anything you鈥檙e not ready to 鈥 it鈥檚 about seeing if you feel comfortable with me and whether it feels like a good fit.
You can tell me a bit about what鈥檚 brought you here and what you鈥檇 like support with. You鈥檙e also welcome to ask questions about how I work or what therapy might look like going forward. If you decide to continue, we鈥檒l agree on a regular time and start creating a space that feels safe and consistent for you.
I often bring in psychoeducation even in the first few sessions 鈥 helping you understand how your past experiences might be affecting how you feel now. That understanding can bring real relief and help things begin to shift.
