I currently have availability for new clients and offer sessions Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 7pm. I’m happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule within these hours.

I aim to reply to all emails within 36 hours, so you won’t be waiting long to hear from me. If you get in touch while I’m away, I’ll respond as soon as I’m back.

Thank you for your patience and understanding — I look forward to connecting with you.

About me and my therapy practice

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, like you’re just getting through the days, but not really living them. Perhaps your body feels constantly tense, your sleep is broken, or you’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. If you’ve been holding it all in for too long, you’re not alone , and things can be different.

I offer focused, trauma-informed therapy that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling , not just with your mind, but through your whole system. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens when we feel safe, connected, and listened to.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you , in your thoughts, in your body, in the places you’ve had to shut down. You’ll learn to notice what’s happening inside with more clarity and compassion, and develop tools to help you feel calmer, more resourced, and more in control.

This work can help you rebuild trust in yourself, set clearer boundaries, feel less reactive, and more present in your life and relationships. It’s not always easy, but it’s deeply worthwhile, and, you won’t be doing it alone.

Clients often tell me they feel not just heard, but truly supported to change. I welcome the chance to work with you.

Practice description

My therapy room isn’t a clinical set-up – it’s a calm, cosy, and grounded space designed to help you feel at ease. From the moment you arrive, there’s a private, quiet pathway leading to the room, with a separate gate that supports a sense of calm and containment right from the start.

The therapy space is detached from the main home, giving you time to arrive and settle without interruption. If you’re travelling by car, there’s a parking space available directly outside for your convenience.

Inside, the room is softly lit and thoughtfully furnished, with natural textures and warm, welcoming touches. It’s fully heated in winter and has air conditioning in warmer months to keep the space comfortable all year round. Blankets are available if you’d like to feel a little more held.

The space includes small, considered details to support your experience , such as fidget toys for clients who find comfort in movement, and even a few soft teddies if you feel drawn to a little extra grounding or reassurance. Many clients comment on how the space helps them to relax and feel safe.

Just outside the therapy room is a secluded gravelled area with a small bench surrounded by natural elements. If you feel drawn to fresh air or time to pause , you're very welcome to use it. While it’s a peaceful and grounding spot, I do gently note that confidentiality can’t be guaranteed outside due to the proximity of neighbouring properties.

This is your space to arrive, to breathe, and to be yourself — just as you are.

My first session

Before we begin therapy, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call so we can connect and you can ask any questions you might have. This call is a chance for us to get to know each other a little and see if working together feels like the right fit for you. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you a simple intake form to complete along with a client agreement to sign digitally. These help us start off with everything clear and organised, so you can feel confident as you begin your therapy journey.

Please note that fees are payable in advance of each session. I’m happy to discuss any questions you have about this or about how the sessions work during our call. My goal is to make this process as straightforward and comfortable as possible, so you can focus on what matters most — your wellbeing
