About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist who draws on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s individual needs. I offer a safe and confidential space to address the symptoms of psychological difficulties while also exploring and processing their underlying causes and core issues, fostering lasting emotional and mental wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in a strong academic and professional background, with postgraduate training in addiction psychology, counselling, philosophy, and analytical psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have experience working with a variety of mental health services and charities across London.
