My standard rate is £80, though this may vary up to £100 depending on session length, complexity, and the intensity of trauma-focused work or specialised approaches used.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit and that you feel comfortable before starting therapy.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe, collaborative space for you to explore what’s holding you back—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, identity questions, or relationship struggles. 

I’m a bilingual (Farsi-English) Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist in doctoral training, with 13+ years’ experience across the NHS, private, and charity sectors.

My integrative approach draws on Schema Therapy, IFS, CBT, ACT, DBT-informed tools, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based models. Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and pace—we decide together what works best for you.

I’ve supported clients in CAMHS, Gender Identity Clinics, and complex mental health settings. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where lasting change becomes possible.

I won’t offer quick fixes or judgment—I’ll meet you where you are, work at your pace, and support you in making sense of your emotions, patterns, and relationships.

With over 13 years’ experience in NHS and private settings, I bring depth, clinical insight, and flexibility. I specialise in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, identity issues, and emotional overwhelm. My first session

Our first session is a chance for us to begin building trust and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, personal history, and hopes for change. I may ask questions to understand how things are affecting you emotionally, mentally, and in your relationships. Sometimes, more than one session is needed to form a full picture—this is entirely normal.

Confidentiality, boundaries, and safeguarding are always clearly explained. A risk assessment is included as part of ethical, safe practice. Any psychological tools or assessments are only used with your agreement and tailored to your needs. This process is collaborative and flexible—guided by your unique story, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Above all, this is your space. You set the pace. We work together to clarify your goals and create a path that feels both manageable and meaningful.
